Terms of Service Loop Pure Cleaning Llc's Terms & Conditions:
If you book a service with us through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please do not book a service with us.
Booking Confirmation:
You can book our cleaning service online, but this does not guarantee your spot for that date and time. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm your reservation. We ask for your credit card number to hold your reservation, but you will be charged after we complete the cleaning service. If you sign up for our recurring cleaning service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning.
Videos and photos:
We will take before and after pictures & videos to prove the job was done and marketing.
Cleaning Crew:
We always work with one or two teams of cleaners; occasionally, we use more cleaners if needed due to the complexity of work or busy schedules. We do our best to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while providing sufficient cross-training to our cleaning technicians.Our employees have been rigorously background screened & drug tested before working with us; you can rest assured all our staff has integrity and is held.
Right to refuse service:
Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter & separate utilities. Our employees can leave if the home is in a highly unsanitary condition or if they feel unsafe or threatened. If you book an unreasonable cleaning, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot, and you will be charged the total booking fee. Loop Pure reserves the right to Refuse Service to Anyone for any
reason, except for race, color, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.
Cleaning Day Preparation:
Your price for cleaning is based on the cleaners focusing all their time on cleaning; we ask that you take a few minutes to tidy up to allow the cleaners easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, tabletops, etc. If you'd like our cleaners to do these tasks, call the office in advance so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional time.
Right to Photograph:
Loop Pure reserves the right to document any pre-existing damage or other anomalies we encounter in your home and attach these photos to your file. We also reserve the right to photograph before-and-after pictures or pictures of staff performing their regular duties for social media purposes.

Pets:
We will gladly work around pets but ask that indoor activity be limited for cleaning efficiency and safety
reasons. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Loop Pure Cleaning Service reserves the right to remove its employees from your home. Our employees are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat; pets may behave differently if a family member is absent. If the removal of our cleaning technician is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
Service Fees:
Please remember that we give these instant prices based on years of experience, but we may adjust the price
based on the actual condition of the house. To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive and find that the job will require extra time, we'll call you to let you know. If we cannot reach you, the crew will have to leave, and you will be charged the cancellation fee.We reserve the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the Client's standards; Loop Pure will contact the Client to discuss price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid.
Payments:
To reserve your cleaning date and time, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. If you sign up for recurring services, you will be automatically billed after completing each cleaning. However, you will be charged once we have finished your cleaning service. Payments must be made on the cleaning day by credit or debit card.
48 hours Warranty Policy:
All re-cleanings must happen within 48 hours of the original service. We appreciate the chance to make things right.
Recurring Service Discount:
Recurring discounts start with the first cleaning service. However, If you cancel after your initial appointment, the discounted price won't apply, and the one-time fee will apply instead.
Rate Increases:
Client's cleaning rate adjustments may be made at any time during the year should there be changes to the frequency of the Client-established service schedule or the home or living situation: remodel, change of address, number of people living in the home, significant addition of furniture, etc. The customer rate shall be increased annually by an amount not to exceed 8% of the Client's current rate.
Lockouts:
The Client shall make the service location accessible to the Loop Pure Cleaning Technicians on the scheduled service day. If the cleaning crew is locked out of the Client's home, every effort will be made to establish contact with the Client to arrange for entry into the house; if reference is not made within 10 minutes of the arrival of the cleaning team, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped & you will becharged the total amount of the cleaning. Last-minute cancellations and lockouts affect our employees' livelihood, and the fee goes to our employees to help cover their lost time and wages due to the cancellation/lockout.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Service reliability is critical because we reserve a time, especially for you. To avoid a $65 cancellation fee, please give us a minimum of 24 Business Hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You will be responsible for the booking amount if you cancel 3 hours before the job.
Alarm:
If your home has a security system, please turn it off or call our office with the code and proper directions. If the code changes, please let us know so you can avoid the total booking amount for the lockout charge.
Use of Homeowner's Vacuum:
If you request to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit. Since we are not responsible for the vacuum's maintenance, we will not be liable for any repairs. This
is important because if the vacuum is not working when we arrive to clean your home, we cannot vacuum the carpet and hard floor surfaces.
Cleaning Supplies:
We provide the equipment &
"Method" brand products to clean your home thoroughly; if you require to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. When this request is made, we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.
Items We Cannot Clean:
Moving any bulky furniture Cleaning delicate items or spaces (Team members reserve to decide on what they consider delicate or high-risk items) Lifting or moving of over 50-pound items Cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs Cleaning large areas of floors by hand Use of ladders higher than a step stool or 3 feet Cleaning of cat litter boxes Handling of pet feces Cleaning of fireplaces Hand washing clothes Providing laundry services when the laundry facilities
are not located inside your building Cleaning outside of windows that do not flip forward Cleaning outside of larger than standard-size windows. Standard-size windows are 40″W x 60″H, Stepping on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets.
Breakage/Damage & Loss Policy:
While this occurrence is rare, the possibility of breakage or damage while we clean is present. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear & tear, improper installation of an item in your home, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process; these items include but are not limited to the following.
Accident During Cleaning; Antiques and items of extreme or sentimental value should be pointed out in advance, and Loop Pure shouldn't touch such items. In the event of an accident, we will proactively contact you to seek reconciliation and will shop for an item similar or of equal value. Loop Pure will be responsible for repurchase or reimbursement of up to $100 per item. Please remove or inform us of the location of any expensive and irreplaceable before your scheduled cleaning. Notification must be made within 24 hours of the breakage/loss of any personal items. Identical replacement is always attempted but has yet to be guaranteed.
Cleaners Arrival Window:
We schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least drive time to maintain low prices and avoid trip fees. If you need a specific time, we will try to accommodate your request. However, no times are guaranteed. Due to the unpredictable nature of our business & unforeseen circumstances, traffic jams, weather, and mechanical problems allow us to schedule our cleaning between 9:00 am & 5:00 pm. We generally only run up to 30 minutes earlier or more than 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. If we are running late, we will call and text you.
Holidays:
Loop Pure does not do holiday visits. We will contact you to reschedule if your scheduled day falls on a holiday. The following holidays will be observed;
Independence Day
Thanksgiving
Black Friday
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year Eve
New Year.
Key Release:
Client keys are coded & stored inside a locked cabinet to which only Loop Pure's managers have access. If the Client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, Loop Pure will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the Client's home. Upon termination/cancellation of services, Loop Pure shall return any client key(s) in its possession no later than 48 hours after termination of services or the next business day.
Non-Solicitation of Loop Pure' s Employees:
Loop Pure clients may not solicit our employees or former employees to be contracted or employed by you or your affiliates for services of any kind. If you would like to hire/contract one of our workers to work independently for you or your affiliates, you may submit your request by informing our office in writing. If Loop Pure approves your request, you must pay a $3,000 referral fee before our employee is released to work independently for you. Please be advised that should this agreement be breached, litigation will be initiated to recover damages suffered by Loop Pure, and the Client will be responsible for all legal costs and expenses, including Loop Pure's attorney fees. As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our cleaning employees to work directly for you. Our professional cleaners are background checked, their references verified & have completed comprehensive cleaning training. Significant time, resources & money are invested in each new employee before we allow them to enter our customer's homes.
Governing Law:
Any claim relating to Loop Pure's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of NJ without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We have made every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful, and honest. Hopefully, we have accomplished that.
